Korean girls are known to be very appearance-aware and by the number of plastic surgery they maybe are only second to Brazilians.

I think there is a big problem with body image and perception. The girl who wanted to alter her face shape was beautiful in my eyes, and I’m sure other Westeners would think the same. Koreans should embrace their Asian looks.

Thanks for sharing as well. I agree w/ Crystal on Koreans. As I remember in China, many plastic surgery hospitals used to advertise their Korean doctors, and “Korean style” plastic surgery.
