Gilda, originally uploaded by Elise in Asia.
There are so many books and movies that I should have seen, but never got around to it…Well, now is the time!!! Movies are easier as it takes only a couple hour to watch VS many hours to read in the case of books on the ‘must read’ list!
I started off with Gilda! Well, I was expecting to get bored after 30 minutes but actually, it was really entertaining and the photography is amazing. Marlon Brando is a highlight of the movie, in all his 22-year-old glory. Too bad he’s got a minor role!
Any suggestions regarding classics?

Salut Elise,
Tu devrais regarder ” The third man” un classique dont Orson Welles a une réplique assez célèbre ” “In Italy for thirty yeard under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love; they had five hundred years of democracy and peace and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock.” et puis il y a aussi “Morocco” avec Marlène Dietrich ou encore Humphrey Bogart dans “The Caine Mutiny ” et ” The Maltese Falcon ”
Bon cinoche
